WebThe small shuttle is not available to research for me. I've followed videos to see where the option should be (in the XL menu) but it's just not there. I started a new save and same thing happens there too. Am I missing something? Anyone else experienced this and know a fix? You need to mount a rover seat to the outside to bring along a second person. Have the pilot enter first, then have your victim friend get in the exterior mounted seat. Launch and navigate as normal. Land to get the achievement.

Yes you can go to another planet while they stay on Sylva and do things. You are not tethered togather. For you both to go to another planet you need the medium or large shuttle and a rover seat.
