I prefer a 2nd monitor for that reason mainly. Also Ergotron makes nice dual arms for such a scenario as well, or get two single arms for more flexibility.

Then go to "load fail-safe defaults" then Save and Exit. Pc restarted itself and then Cintiq display turns on.
