I had a problem that the choke wouldnt stay choked so i tightened it down a little. u might loosen it up or take it off and put little lub in it? unless its stuck it the carb! 1 - 2 of 2 Posts WebJul 25, 2010 · The entire carb needs to be cleaned (twice for the Rappy - 2 carbs) and blown out with compressed air. You can either strip the carb down to bare body and soak it overnight or spray each passage out with spray cleaner, but you have to clean it thoroughly and then blow the passages out with compressed air.

WebFeb 13, 2014 · Here's what I do.. remove one of the plungers from the carb, adjust the other until there is a little bit of free play in the choke lever, then tighten that one up.
